The Role

The Primary school is based at our Connaught Road site and works with young people with EHCPs.

As Interim Head of School, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day operationsof the Primary School
• Contribute strategically to the wider organisation
• Inspire and develop a committed staff team
• Deliver a creative and inclusive curriculum
• Ensure every young person is supported to succeed
• Work in partnership with the SENCO to ensure identified needs are met

The role provides a chance to:

• Gain senior leadership experience in an alternative provision setting
• Extend your strategic and operational expertise
• Work collaboratively across schools in Brighton & Hove
• Make a meaningful impact on young people’s futures
