Electrician (Social Housing) We are currently seeking a time-served, fully qualified Electrician to join our team, delivering high-quality work across both tenanted and void properties within the social housing sector. Key Responsibilities * Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard * Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently within domestic properties * Undertake electrical testing and inspection work * Work across both occupied (tenanted) and empty (void) properties * Perform repairs on a variety of central heating systems where required About You * Fully qualified, time-served Electrician * Proven experience working within social housing * Strong fault-finding, testing, and diagnostic skills * Broad knowledge of domestic electrical systems and maintenance * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively * Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and workmanship
