Composite Laminator Location: Derby (Commutable from Nottingham, Burton, Long Eaton, Alfreton) Pay: £18.50 - £19.28 per hour Hours: Mon-Thurs: 07:30-16:30 Fri: 07:30-12:30 Contract Type: Temporary ongoing (minimum 8 weeks) Benefits Canteen facilities Uniform and full PPE provided Overtime availableAbout the Company Our client operates within a world-class manufacturing environment, supporting premium automotive and motorsport programmes at the highest level. The Role We are recruiting Composite Laminators to support a major new project. This is a temporary ongoing role with an initial minimum commitment of 8 weeks, with the potential for extension based on project demand. You will be working on high-profile programmes, including Aston Martin and F1 projects, within a clean, professional production environment. Key responsibilities: Hand lay-up and prepreg laminating of composite components Working from engineering drawings and specifications Trimming, bonding and finishing composite parts Ensuring quality standards are consistently met Supporting live production schedulesAbout You Minimum 2 years' composite laminating experience Experience in automotive, motorsport, aerospace or F1 desirable Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances Reliable and committed to high-quality workmanship Willing to learn and work as part of a teamHow to Apply To apply for the Composite Laminator position, click Apply Now and upload your CV.
