Commercial Manager required for a prime residential refurbishment project in London. This Commercial Manager role is ideal for someone confident in leading all commercial activities on site. The successful Commercial Manager will oversee the full financial lifecycle of the scheme. This Commercial Manager position offers involvement in a high-specification project with a strong delivery team. As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring commercial performance across a £4.5 million refurbishment.

About the Role
This is a site-based leadership role responsible for all commercial and contractual matters on a £4.5 million residential refurbishment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Taking full ownership of project commercial performance
* Working closely with the Commercial Director and project team
* Overseeing procurement strategy and subcontractor engagement
* Reviewing and managing tender packages and subcontractor appointments
* Managing valuations, variations, and cost reporting processes
* Leading monthly financial reviews and forecasting to completion
* Managing subcontractor accounts and payment processes
* Monitoring labour, plant, and material costs against budgets
* Managing change control, delay notices, and loss and expense submissions
* Ensuring contractual obligations are clearly understood and adhered to
* Providing accurate financial reporting and performance analysis
* Leading final account agreement with relevant stakeholders
* Identifying risks and implementing cost control measures
