What You’ll Do
- Deliver safe, compliant, cost-effective, and buildable civil designs across water and wastewater projects.
- Lead projects, mentor teams, and influence design strategy as you progress.
- Coordinate across disciplines to produce integrated engineering solutions.
- Contribute to bids, proposals, and feasibility studies with technical expertise.
- Shape design standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all stages of delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Who We’re Looking For
- Civil engineers at any career stage from Design Engineer to Technical Director.
- Relevant experience in water or wastewater civil design.
- For senior/lead roles: proven project leadership and team mentoring experience.
- Chartered or working towards chartership in a relevant engineering institution.
- Strong technical knowledge across civil design and understanding of multidisciplinary project interfaces.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
- Engineering degree or Master’s qualification.
- Previous experience in technical leadership or strategic design roles in water/wastewater.
