What You’ll Do

• Deliver safe, compliant, cost-effective, and buildable civil designs across water and wastewater projects.
• Lead projects, mentor teams, and influence design strategy as you progress.
• Coordinate across disciplines to produce integrated engineering solutions.
• Contribute to bids, proposals, and feasibility studies with technical expertise.
• Shape design standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all stages of delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Who We’re Looking For

• Civil engineers at any career stage from Design Engineer to Technical Director.
• Relevant experience in water or wastewater civil design.
• For senior/lead roles: proven project leadership and team mentoring experience.
• Chartered or working towards chartership in a relevant engineering institution.
• Strong technical knowledge across civil design and understanding of multidisciplinary project interfaces.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

• Engineering degree or Master’s qualification.
• Previous experience in technical leadership or strategic design roles in water/wastewater.
