Plexus has partnered with a leading London based Defi Market Maker looking to expand their trader team. With ~14 people, two successful funding rounds completed, and a third underway, the business is generating real revenue and building sophisticated, data-driven trading systems.

This role sits at the intersection of trading, data, and engineering—you’ll be directly involved in developing, testing, and deploying trading strategies across both client and proprietary capital.

What You’ll Do:

Build and deploy systematic trading strategies
Use Python for data analysis, modelling, and execution
Trade across client and proprietary capital
Collaborate on strategy design and continuously optimise performance

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in quant/systematic trading
Strong Python skills
Solid understanding of markets and risk xwzovoh (Crypto bonus but not a must at all)
Track record working with real capital
Comfortable in a fast-paced, onsite (London) environment
