We’re working with an industry leading forwarder in the Glasgow area that are looking for an excellent and experienced European Road Freight Operator.

Responsibilities:

• Handling European Road freight shipments from start to finish
• Looking after key customers, ensuring all their bookings are complete from Start to Finish
• Ensuring customers are assisted and kept up to date of progress at all times. xwzovoh
• Taking on responsibilities to ensure all customers queries are dealt with
• Looking after KPI's
• Securing the best rates, maximising profit on jobs
• Handling customs documentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience working on Road Freight Shipments
• Knowledge of complete operations process from Start to Finish including customs
• Excellent customer service skills
