Pastoral & Spiritual Support: Help foster the social, emotional, and holistic well-being of the children in line with the school's ethos. Essential Criteria: GCSE Prerequisites: Minimum Grade 4/C or equivalent in both GCSE English and Mathematics (Strictly Essential). Core Values: High levels of patience, empathy, energy, and an adaptable approach to young children's needs. Interpersonal Skills: Confident communicating clearly and warmly with young children, teaching colleagues, and families. Timeline: Full commitment to an 18-month training pathway starting this September 2026. Selection & Interview Timeline: To ensure a great fit for both you and the school community, we are managing a supportive, two-part recruitment process throughout June and July 2026. This will give you the chance to visit the campus, see the classrooms in action, and meet the staff
