Our client, a well-established independent housebuilder based in Hampshire, is looking to appoint a Residential Technical professional to support the design and delivery of their growing portfolio of developments. The Role You’ll take ownership of the technical process from planning through to completion—ensuring developments are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard.
