Permanent, Part-Time
Exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Athletic Development Coach to join LEH from September 2026. We are seeking someone who will drive the athletic development strategy within the sports department, ensuring it is accessible for all pupils.
The successful candidate will aim to increase the provision of our current athletic development programme, teaching the value of strength and conditioning in a way that is both inspiring and engaging.
This is a permanent, part-time position working 20 hours per week from 12:00 – 5:00 pm / 1:00 – 6:00 pm, 4 days a week, 35 weeks per year (term-time plus 1 week), additional hours may be required in line with departmental requirements. (Flexibility to the core working hours can be considered for the right candidate).

All staff working in the School will have some contact with children and will therefore be in regulated activity. Staff with teaching duties will be responsible for the pupils that they teach and may also have additional specific pastoral or other responsibilities for other pupils they do not teach. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the School is therefore permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions (including those which are “spent” unless they are “protected” under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children.
