Permanent MK Consult are recruiting for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to join an established contractor delivering planned improvement works across social housing properties throughout Merseyside. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TLO or Resident Liaison Officer who understands how important effective resident communication is when delivering works in occupied homes. The Role

Working closely with residents, site teams and the client, you will be responsible for supporting tenants throughout the delivery of planned works programmes. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the key point of contact for residents throughout the works Keeping tenants fully informed regarding planned works, appointments and timescales Arranging access to properties and supporting the smooth delivery of works Carrying out resident visits and pre-start communication Liaising closely with Site Managers, operatives, subcontractors and client representatives Managing resident queries, concerns and complaints professionally Supporting vulnerable residents and identifying any additional requirements Maintaining accurate records of resident contact and communication Attending resident meetings where required Helping to ensure a positive customer experience from initial contact through to completion About You

We are particularly interested in speaking to candidates who have: Previous Tenant Liaison Officer or Resident Liaison Officer experience Experience working within social housing Knowledge of planned works, refurbishment or property improvement programmes Strong communication and customer service skills The confidence to deal with challenging situations sensitively and professionally Excellent organisation and administration skills The ability to build strong relationships with residents, clients and operational teams A full UK driving licence The Opportunity
