Adults Social Worker – Complex Care Adults Social Worker – Complex Care Location: Halton Council: Halton Borough Council Rate: £35 per hour Contract: Temporary / Full-time Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Adults Social Worker to join the Complex Care Team at Halton Borough Council. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Social Worker with a strong background in Adult Social Care and complex cases. The Role As an Adults Social Worker within the Complex Care Team, you will: * Manage a varied and complex caseload * Complete Care Act assessments and reviews * Develop person-centred care and support plans * Assess and manage risk effectively * Work with service users, families and carers * Promote independence, choice and wellbeing * Work closely with health and other partner agencies * Undertake safeguarding work where required * Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records About You The successful candidate will have: * A recognised Social Work qualification * Current Social Work England registration * Experience working within Adult Social Care * Experience managing complex cases * Strong assessment and care planning skills * Excellent communication and organisational skills * The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team Interested?
