We are recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils and teaching staff across primary and secondary school settings. Depending on the individual school and vacancy, your role could include supporting pupils in the classroom, working with individuals or small groups and helping children and young people to engage successfully with their learning. We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who: Enjoy working with children or young people Can build positive and professional relationships with pupils Are patient, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a school team Have previous experience working with children or young people Are interested in working within primary or secondary education Previous school-based experience may be advantageous, although we are also interested in hearing from candidates with relevant transferable experience.
