Commercial Director

As the business enters an exciting period of growth, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Director/ Manager to lead the commercial strategy, strengthen key customer relationships and identify new opportunities for profitable growth.In this role you will work closely with the senior leadership team to:Develop and deliver the commercial growth strategy.Identify new markets, customers and revenue opportunities.Develop relationships with key customers, OEMs and strategic partners.Lead and develop the commercial team.Drive revenue, margin and overall commercial performance.Lead major negotiations, pricing and contractual discussions.Bring market insight and commercial thinking into wider business strategy.We are keen to speak with Commercial Directors, Commercial Managers, Sales Directors and senior Business Development leaders with a proven track record of growing revenues and developing markets within an engineering, industrial or technology-led environment.
