Together with its partners, the company provides vendor-independent consulting services to help enterprises achieve a group-wide, security-oriented culture.  Role Overview:As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Cybersecurity Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity solutions to ensure secure and efficient access to systems and applications. You will enforce authentication, authorisation, and identity governance controls to protect user credentials and prevent unauthorised access. The role covers a broad range of identity types, including user, technical, shared, emergency, and robotic identities. You will play a key role in ensuring that identity and access controls are robust, scalable, and aligned with security requirements. Responsibilities:Develop and maintain IAM solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM)Manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC)Implement identity federation, directory services, and identity governance solutionsMonitor and respond to identity-related security incidents and threatsCollaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and Zero Trust principlesAutomate IAM processes to improve efficiency and securityConduct regular access reviews to ensure appropriate access controls are in placePerform audits to maintain compliance and strengthen identity security controlsAbout the Candidate:Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related disciplineHands-on experience with IAM platforms (e.g. Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity) would be advantageousUnderstanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and Kerberos would be beneficialFamiliarity with cloud IAM solutions (e.g. AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM) would be advantageousExposure to IAM concepts, including identity governance, authentication, authorisation, and secure access practices would be beneficialStrong foundational knowledge of IT and security concepts, with an interest in cybersecurity and identity technologiesRelevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) would be advantageousReply is an Equal Opportunities Employer and committed to embracing diversity in the workplace.
