About the role
We are looking for experienced plumbers to join our clients facilities team, across a large busy site.
Plumber Duties:
Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across the site
Diagnose and repair faults in kitchens and bathrooms, including sinks, taps, toilets, showers, pipework, and drainage
Install, replace, and maintain plumbing fixtures and fittings to a high standard
Work collaboratively with other trades and colleagues to ensure safe, efficient operations
Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, safety standards, and university procedures
Plumber Requirements:
A qualified plumber (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
Experienced in maintenance work, ideally in residential or commercial settings
Confident working independently and problem‑solving on the job
Full UK driving license
