Strategic Procurement Specialist

My client is looking to hire a Strategic Procurement Specialist, you will help develop and manage an efficient, sustainable, and value-driven supply chain. What You'll Do

• Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies across assigned categories.
• Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and contract negotiations for multiple sites or regions.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers and contribute to preferred supplier programs.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to inform procurement decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing plans with business priorities.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving cost efficiency, service delivery, and supply continuity.
• Identify potential procurement risks and work with relevant teams to implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure contracts and agreements are consistent with business and operational requirements.

What You Bring

• Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement within a complex environment.
• Degree or professional qualification (e.g., CIPS) preferred.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical capability and comfort with data-driven decision making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with suppliers and internal teams across multiple locations or regions. xwzovoh
