The Role

This is a hands-on Legal Cashier position within a busy finance team, supporting the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations and ensuring compliance with SRA Accounts Rules.

You’ll be involved in:

• 
  
• Monitoring online banking systems and managing daily transactions
• Handling client-to-office account transfers in line with regulations
• Supporting billing processes across the firm
• Managing the finance inbox and responding to queries
• Processing invoice payments via online systems
• Liaising with fee earners, secretaries and wider teams

• Previous Legal Cashier experience within a law firm
• Strong xwzovoh understanding of SRA Accounts Rules
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using Excel, Word and finance systems
• Able to manage workload efficiently in a busy environment
• Professional, reliable and a good team player
