This is a key role within the organisation, responsible for supporting staff and volunteers, ensuring services are safe and effective for our members, helping to build strong partnerships and funding opportunities.
You will have successful experience of managing services within the charity or voluntary sector, a strong understanding of safeguarding and health & safety, data protection and an understanding and passion for making a positive difference in the LGBT community.
Key aspects of the role include: Managing and developing services Supporting and supervising staff Recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers Leading on safeguarding and health & safety Leading and/ or supporting fundraising activity Building partnerships and representing the charity, including in person. xwzovoh
