Helping to support and grow a portfolio of commerce clients. You’ll guide customers through every stage of their journey—from onboarding to optimisation and expansion—ensuring they get maximum value from the platform.

Looking for:
Customer Success Manager EMEA with:-
- Previous experience managing accounts across Amazon DSP and Sponsored xwzovoh Ads as well as other marketplaces
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into insights
- Experience with CRM tools and reporting
- Solid understanding of eCommerce strategy, retail media.
