NEOS Engineering are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Penarth. NEOS is one of the fastest growing start up Recruitment agencies in the UK establishing themselves quickly into the UK & UAE engineering market. Due to this growth we’re looking for a Trainee to join the team.

The day to day role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is to help NEOS provide our clients find the best people for their businesses.

The Role:

You will be connecting businesses with the right people to help them grow. It involves sourcing candidates, assessing their skills and experience, and matching them to suitable job opportunities. You will also be building relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide market insight. The role includes managing the full hiring process, from initial outreach through to interviews and job offers.

You will be working onsite in Penarth Monday to Friday, with a 3PM finish on a Friday!
