Senior Project Manager

This role sits at the heart of our client’s AI transformation, driving initiatives that move beyond experimentation into real, scalable delivery. You’ll work across technology and business teams to bring structure, momentum and clarity to a fast‑evolving AI portfolio.

Contract details

• Contract length: 6 months (with visibility to extend)
• Rate: £700 per day (inside IR35)
• Location: Cambridge (hybrid working, typically 2 days onsite)
• Start date: ASAP

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of AI initiatives from early concept through to production, including AI assistants, workflow automation and agentic solutions.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple interdependent workstreams, managing risks, issues and dependencies.
• Work closely with engineering, AI/ML, infrastructure, data and platform teams to ensure scalable and well‑governed solutions.
• Translate between technical and non‑technical stakeholders to shape use cases, define scope and maintain momentum.
• Oversee day‑to‑day project execution, including deployment of new AI agents.
• Run and facilitate project, delivery and governance meetings.
• Ensure delivery aligns with Arm’s broader AI transformation strategy.

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering AI or data‑driven solutions in a real‑world, production environment.
• Strong background in software delivery, ideally with exposure to infrastructure or platform‑based initiatives.
• Experience transitioning from traditional software delivery into AI‑focused projects.
• Comfortable managing multiple initiatives in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts. xwzovoh
• Hands‑on experience with Jira; familiarity with Confluence and Power BI is beneficial.
