Technical Sales Representative | Midlands Our client is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Technical Sales Representative to manage existing client relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities within a designated region. This is a field-based position that involves engaging directly with customers, understanding their requirements, and offering technical solutions to support business growth. Key Responsibilities +Engage with current and prospective clients to understand their needs and promote relevant products and services. +Work both independently and collaboratively within a wider team environment. +Build and maintain a solid understanding of technical measurement concepts and their practical applications. +Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads, collaborating with technical specialists when needed. +Coordinate with internal departments to progress opportunities and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. About You +Previous experience in a technical or field-based sales role, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or a related sector. +Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. +A natural aptitude for technical products, with a willingness to learn and adapt. +Highly self-driven, organised, and capable of managing a defined territory. +Holds a valid driving licence and is comfortable with regular travel.
