Important Information Before You Apply To be considered for this position, you must: Hold a full UK driving licence Have access to your own vehicle Be able to travel throughout the FY2, FY5, and FY6 postcode areas Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place Applications that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be progressed.

What Will You Be Doing? As a Home Care Worker, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent while maintaining their dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.
No two days are the same, but your role may include: Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion Supporting with washing, dressing and daily routines Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition Providing medication prompts and support in line with care plans Carrying out wellbeing and safety checks Supporting with light household tasks and maintaining a comfortable home environment Offering companionship and emotional support Building positive and professional relationships with the people you support Promoting independence, choice and person-centred care Working as part of a supportive and dedicated care team Travelling between clients' homes across Bispham, Cleveleys, Thornton-Cleveleys and surrounding communities Most importantly, you'll make a meaningful difference to people's lives every day.
What We're Looking For We're interested in people who are: Caring and compassionate Reliable and committed Positive and enthusiastic Great communicators Passionate about making a difference Flexible and able to work across a varied rota, including weekends Comfortable working independently within the community Living in Bispham (FY2), Anchorsholme (FY5), Cleveleys (FY5), Thornton-Cleveleys (FY5), Poulton-le-Fylde (FY6) or within a reasonable travelling distance Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.
