Production Technician

Purpose To safely manufacture custom-designed electronic hardware to meet customer, regulatory, and specification requirements, as part of a collaborative Production Team. Responsibilities * Manufacture products in line with standard practices, build instructions, and safety requirements, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. * Operate production equipment and tooling correctly, ensuring all tools are safe and fit for use, and promptly reporting any issues to the Production Manager. * Follow safe working practices at all times, including correct use of PPE where required. * Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) processes, procedures, and work instructions to maintain product conformity. * Apply a “Right First Time” approach to all tasks, ensuring consistent quality standards throughout the build process. Knowledge / Experience Required: * Demonstrable experience in a similar manufacturing or production role. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring diagrams. Ideal: * Qualification in Electronics Engineering.
