Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Defence Sector Complex projects. Real responsibility. High impact. We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead multiple defence sector projects, managing both delivery and team performance in a highly structured environment. This role requires precision, leadership, and the ability to operate within complex and secure project environments. Key Responsibilities: * Lead commercial delivery across 2–3 defence projects * Manage and support a commercial team * Oversee cost control, reporting, and risk management * Work closely with key stakeholders and clients * Ensure compliance within regulated environments What we’re looking for: * Strong Senior QS experience within main contracting * Defence sector experience (or ability to gain clearance) * High level of attention to detail and process * Leadership capability and confidence
