What you’ll be doing

As a Freelance Product Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, effective and memorable training programmes for external clients. Your work will be essential in:

• Driving product adoption and customer confidence
• Improving user proficiency and self-sufficiency
• Ensuring a consistent understanding of product features, updates and best practices
• Creating a positive and professional learning experience that reflects our brand

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering live virtual training sessions, workshops and webinars
• Tailoring content to suit different audiences, levels of technical ability and use cases
• Keeping stakeholders engaged, energised and involved throughout sessions
• Responding confidently to questions and adapting delivery in real time
• Supporting ongoing enablement through documentation, recordings or follow-up materials
• Collaborating with internal product and customer teams where needed

Experience we’re looking for

• Previous experience delivering product or technical training, ideally within a technology environment
• Familiarity with SaaS products or enterprise software (highly desirable)
• Experience training xwzovoh external customers or clients rather than internal-only audiences
• Comfort facilitating virtual learning for individuals and groups

Skills & personal qualities

• Excellent presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills
• A confident, engaging and approachable style — you’re comfortable being “on screen”
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, simple language for non-technical audiences
• Adaptable, organised and proactive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with training and delivery tools (LMS, Zoom, MS Teams)
