Chemring Energetics UK (CEUK) is a global business providing a range of equipment based on energetic materials for defence, civil defence and key commercial customers.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within CEUK for a Recruitment Resourcer (12 Month FTC) to support the in-house recruitment function.
The Recruitment Resourcer will support the In-House Recruiter in delivering an efficient and high-quality recruitment service across the business.
Key Accountabilities & Duties:
- Carry out all activities in line with company policy and procedure, ensuring a professional and compliant approach at all times.
- Support the In-House Recruiter with sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across a variety of roles.
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Carry out initial CV screening and telephone/video pre-screens to assess candidate suitability.
- Provide shortlists of suitable candidates in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support job advert creation and posting across multiple platforms. xwzovoh
- Provide insights on candidate availability and market trends.
Qualifications / Experience:
Essential:
- Experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or recruitment-related role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Desirable:
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition
- Experience using an ATS or CRM system
- Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn or job boards
