Are you an organised, detail-driven professional with experience in maintenance systems and asset coordination? We’re looking for a Maintenance & Asset Coordinator to play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of maintenance activities across our pharmaceutical manufacturing client's highly regulated site.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring it remains accurate, compliant, and a reliable tool for planning and performance tracking. Acting as a key link between engineering, operations, and quality teams, you’ll help drive efficient maintenance delivery while supporting regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise the CMMS database, ensuring asset data and work orders are accurate and up to date
- Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities
- Monitor work orders, track progress, and escalate issues where needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance with production and compliance requirements
- Support audits and inspections through accurate documentation and reporting
- Generate insights and reports on maintenance performance, KPIs, and asset reliability
- Facilitate planning meetings and coordinate resources effectively
- Act as the go-to expert for CMMS queries, training, and system improvements
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Experience using CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, or similar)
- Background in a regulated environment
- Strong coordination skills across engineering, operations, and quality teams
- Knowledge of maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle management xwzovoh
- Confident in reporting and data analysis (Excel proficiency required)
Desirable:
- Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences settings
- Understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with audits, validation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in maintenance planning or shutdown coordination
