About the role

Location: Homebased with occasional travel

Salary: £34,000, rising to £38,000 after probation

Days/Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week

Overview:


You will support Learners achieve Security qualifications within the workplace via 1-1 coaching sessions via Teams. You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the training sector.


A typical week:


  • Deliver 1-1 & occasional group sessions
  • Support learners through their learning journey
  • Carry out regular progress reviews
  • Work closely with employers


You'll need:


  • 5 years protective security experience
  • L5 security qualification
  • Teaching or assessing qualification (EAT, AET, PTTLS, PGCE)
  • Experience training/coaching others
  • Car driver, happy with occasional travel
