Who This Education and Training Role Is Perfect For
This opportunity is ideal if you are:
An experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, or
A graduate (Psychology or related field) looking to build hands-on experience
Passionate about supporting children with additional needs
Able to commute to Kempston
Your Key Responsibilities - SEN Teaching Assistant
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN
Assist in delivering tailored learning plans
Support positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
Work closely with teachers and other staff to support each child's development
What We're Looking For:
A patient, caring, and reliable individual
Experience working with children (SEN experience is desirable but not essential)
A proactive team player with a positive attitude
A genuine passion for education and making a difference
