Head of HR
£75,000p.a. - £80,000p.a. + benefits
Permanent opportunity with hybrid working

I am working exclusively with a Leicestershire based Distribution business who are looking for a Head of HR reporting into the HR Director.
In this new position within the organisation you will be responsible for the day-to-day support and strategic direction of the HR team.
Role Responsibilities
- Management of all business transformation and change initiatives
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand key strategic priorities and ensuring this is in line with the business strategy
- Support on all HR operations including the escalation of complex ER case work
- Head up strategic focusses such as employee engagement and business culture with the view to driving high performance
- Line management of the HR Operation and Business Partnering function
- Deputise for the HR Director when necessary
What they need from you
- Previous experience within a blue-collar work environment (Logistics distribution and supply chain etc) operating at a senior HR level
- Confidence heading up change and transformation initiatives
- Good knowledge of HR employment law and employee relations
