I am working exclusively with a Leicestershire based Distribution business who are looking for a Head of HR reporting into the HR Director.

In this new position within the organisation you will be responsible for the day-to-day support and strategic direction of the HR team.

Role Responsibilities

• Management of all business transformation and change initiatives
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand key strategic priorities and ensuring this is in line with the business strategy
• Support on all HR operations including the escalation of complex ER case work
• Head up strategic focusses such as employee engagement and business culture with the view to driving high performance
• Line management of the HR Operation and Business Partnering function
• Deputise for the HR Director when necessary

What they need from you

• Previous experience within a blue-collar work environment (Logistics distribution and supply chain etc) operating at a senior HR level
• Confidence heading up change and transformation initiatives
• Good knowledge of HR employment law and employee relations
