About the role

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Leeds. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, following up on leads, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to improve brand presence. The role also involves frequent client meetings, presentations, and attending industry events. Experience is not necessary, but we are looking for individuals with: Ability to push themselves out of their comfort zone A drive to succeed and work in a target driven environment  Strong values and a passion for working with people  The ability to motivate themselves and others  A flexible working approach Responsibilities: Generate and process customer sales whilst providing expert knowledge of our client's services Building rapport with customers to identify their needs and wants Track and manage KPI’s daily, weekly and monthly Taking customers through the sales process, ensuring they have a clear understanding  What we offer: Opportunity for travel  Opportunities for progression Inclusive working environment Build and develop skills in sales, marketing, HR, administration, public speaking and recruitment Please note: This role is full-time Monday though Friday 9:00am-6:00pm.
