You’ll be joining a practice with momentum, a healthy pipeline, and genuine room to progress. This is not a role where you’ll be stuck producing drawings in the background. You’ll play a key part in technical delivery, take on real responsibility, and have the chance to run projects.

The Role: Senior Architectural Technician

• Producing and coordinating technical information across delivery stages
• Leading projects day to day, keeping packages moving and information aligned
• Working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams
• Solving technical issues and keeping projects on track
• Using AutoCAD and Revit to deliver clear, buildable information

What they’re looking for

• Experience working as an Architectural Technician in technical and delivery stages
• Confidence producing drawing packages and coordinating project information
• The ability xwzovoh to help run projects and keep delivery moving
• AutoCAD skills are essential
• Revit would be a big advantage
• Commercial project experience would be useful, but it is not essential
• A UK driving licence and a location within reach of Northampton / Milton Keynes
