Pay: £28 - £31 per hour CIS (DOE) Job Type: Ongoing Contract Start Date: ASAP Location: Southend-on-Sea to Basildon Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm | Monday to Friday We’re looking for a qualified Electrician to join a long-term private housing contract carrying out landlord EICRs and associated remedial works. This is a reliable, well-organised contract offering consistent work, local travel only, and a straightforward scope — ideal for electricians who prefer testing & inspection with minimal site hassle.
