About the role

WHO I AM

  • Seb Von, 24, CEO & founder of Screw Loose (about to turn 25 this april) 
  • Based in Bermondsey, London - grew up in London.
  • Ex Yes Theory editor, worked with lots of creators as a storyteller / editor / director & founded Screw Loose June 2024 - now it’s grown to a 4 person team making out the box, viral, creative ads for some of the coolest & fastest growing brands in the world. 
  • Creative, extremely ambitious, high-energy, big picture thinker
  • Naturally struggle with organisation, memory, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Nice guy, will always back those who consistently work hard & always put their best foot forward. Get frustrated at people if they’re disrespectful, lazy or slack. 
  • I give lots of opportunities to people - everyone around me / those who work with me develop a lot as long as they’re good people! 
  • Care a ton about standards & creating the best videos in the world - greatness is my goal.



HOW I COMMUNICATE

  • Think and communicate in voice notes & text messages & of course in person / in calls.
  • Need replies back as text so I can action them (not voice notes back) as one of the most important things is time saving from my side. 
  • Casual and direct - no corporate fluff, I try to be considerate & phrase things nicely but sometimes i just get straight to the point, which I’m trying to do more. 
  • Want things executed, not instructions given back to me
  • I get frustrated if people don’t acknowledge or respond to my messages timely - this applies more so to people who work with me.

HOW I WORK BEST

  • Need someone to catch things falling through the cracks
  • Need someone to completely take charge of all admin & organizational things in my life & business life - my life as a priority, then business secondary. 
  • Bad at calendaring - things need to go in immediately or they're forgotten. I’ll probably send screenshots on whatsapp of times ive agreed to meet someone & then assistant puts into calendar. 
  • Struggle to context-switch between creative and admin
  • Work across multiple time zones (NY, London, Cape Town frequently)

  • Gen-Z out the box creative advertising agency
  • Only agency to have worked with MrBeast, Yes Theory, Simon Squibb, and Monte. Only agency to have worked with more tier 1 premium creators than anyone else
  • Growing fast
  • Have a beautiful pink office in Southwark with space for 6.
  • Goal = become Gen-z’s most revered creative agency (imagine you’re at the pub & people talk about this sick ad or stunt they saw & somebody’s like - that must be a screw loose thing).

  • Mix of extroverted & introverted - get my energy from meeting awesome people, and people bring out the best in me - but also need time alone for a day or two after too much back to back time around everybody else.

NON-NEGOTIABLES:

  • Trust - I have to be able to trust this person with a lot of sensitive information, financial numbers, personal things & business finances. 
  • Reliability - don’t want to have sleepless nights over if I can rely on them. 
  • Get along with each other.
  • Timely responding to my texts & messages - good communication is essential 
  • Highly organised / very capable at being highly organised 


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • I can be fully creative and fully in sales mode 
  • Not worry about admin at all - i just know that that whole side of the business & my life is handled. xwzovoh
  • People in the company know what’s going on even if I don’t really (timelines & scheduling wise) 
  • I get a lot of my time back to do more pitching, sales & ideating. (right now i have my hand in most areas, but currently delegating out more in production & operations)
