Senior Site Manager Location: Birmingham Can be a Days or Nights position. *Must have experience of working within a live environment* Upto £65,000 plus package Significant value Health sector project (Hospital)! Our client, a notable Tier 1 main contractor located in the Midlands are looking to strengthen their Operational Team with the introduction of a Senior Site Manager. The ideal candidate must have experience of: Passive Fire Protection (PFP) Defects Experience Remedial Experience Or potentially Restoration experience The Candidate (Senior Site Manager): As a Senior Site Manager you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude and experience within the role as a Senior Site Manager. • Ideally from a Trades background • SMSTS • First Aid • A full UK driving license The Package: • Salary: Up to £68,000 dependent on experience • Company Car / Allowance • Workplace Pension • Bonus
