With a strong focus on disabled adaptations and residential architecture, we aim to improve the quality of life for individuals by providing tailored design solutions that meet their specific needs.


We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, practical, and innovative designs that are fully buildable. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Architect or Architectural technician to join our team in the northern office, to deliver projects for our clients to the highest standards nationwide.


As an Architect/Architectural Technician, you will:


  • Lead and oversee architectural projects with a focus on disabled adaptations and residential design.
  • Manage project delivery from concept through to completion, ensuring compliance with client briefs, accessibility standards and building regulations (including Part M).
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
  • Oversee contract administration (including JCT contracts) and project delivery on site.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of inclusive, functional, and design-led solutions.


About You


We’re looking for an Architect/architectural technician with a passion for accessible design and the technical knowledge to deliver complex projects. You will ideally have:


  • ARB registration (or CIAT equivalent) with significant experience in architectural practice.
  • A strong portfolio of residential and disabled adaptation projects.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, with solid technical drawing and specification experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, planning processes, and accessibility standards.
  • Extensive experience with JCT contracts and construction team co-ordination.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
