We are currently partnering with a global leader in financial data, analytics, and market intelligence to recruit a Workplace Coordinator to join their London team.

The Role

As Workplace Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a fast-paced office environment, acting as the face of the workplace and supporting a range of operational functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a professional and welcoming front-of-house / reception service
• Conducting regular floor walks to maintain workplace standards
• Overseeing postroom and distribution services
• Logging and coordinating maintenance issues via CAFM/helpdesk systems
• Supporting internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless workplace experience

• Experience in a corporate, fast-paced environment
• Confident working across reception, facilities, and workplace services
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Professional, approachable, xwzovoh and customer-focused
• Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders across the business
