This elite US law firm are looking for a Day One Corporate Tax Partner to join their London office.

The team advises on a wide range of tax matters relating to corporate M&A, private equity, investment funds and finance. They work on large-cap transactions at the very top end of the market.

A proven track record within this space and experience gained from a leading UK/US/International law firm is a pre-requisite. Most likely you will be a Counsel or top end senior associate looking for your first step into partnership, but existing partners will also be considered.
