Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a specialist subcontractor delivering a substantial package of works on a flagship major construction development South of Bristol. The subcontract package is forecast to exceed £100 million in value and includes large-scale reinforced concrete and concrete pad works as part of a wider high-profile main contracting scheme. This role would suit an individual with a strong background in heavy construction, structural concrete, infrastructure, or large-scale subcontract package delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day delivery of designated project packages Coordinate subcontractors, engineering teams, and site management staff Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification Liaise with the main contractor and senior project stakeholders Monitor productivity, quality assurance, and programme milestones Drive strong health & safety and operational standards across site Candidate Requirements Proven experience delivering major construction or heavy civils packages Strong reinforced concrete / concrete pad experience is essential Previous experience on large-scale construction schemes preferred Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage fast-paced and technically challenging works Essential Qualifications SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid at Work Relevant construction qualification (HNC / HND / Degree preferred) O’Neill and Brennan values diversity and promotes equality, All individuals will be treated in a fair and equal manner and in accordance with the law regardless of gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation
