Requirements We are looking for a "hands-on" engineer who takes pride in their workmanship and can work autonomously. * Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent). * Experience: Proven background in Commercial Maintenance or Facilities Management (FM). * Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of large-scale mechanical plant and sealed systems. * Tickets: Valid Unvented Hot Water (G3) ticket is highly desirable. * Compliance: Full UK Driving License and a valid CSCS card. * Flexibility: Willingness to travel across the North East, Yorkshire, and Scotland. What’s In It For You? * Door-to-Door Travel: You are paid from the moment you leave your house until the moment you return. * Private Use of Van: A modern, fully kitted-out company vehicle available for personal use. * Overtime: Plentiful opportunities for overtime at enhanced rates to boost your earnings. * Variety: No two days are the same, working across a broad spectrum of high-value commercial contracts. * Equipment: High-quality tools and uniform provided.
