Assist with the commercial management of legal disrepair and maintenance contracts under senior supervision.
Support the preparation and maintenance of CVRs, forecasting, and profitability reporting.
Assist with monthly applications, valuations, and cash flow management.
Learn to price works using the NHF Schedule of Rates with increasing confidence and accuracy.
Support the commercial control of work orders and variations.
Assist with reviewing validation surveys and identifying commercial risks.
Support subcontract procurement and supply chain administration activities.
Work closely with operational teams and clients to ensure efficient project delivery and strong working relationships.
Assist with minor direct delivery works where required.
Maintain accurate commercial records and reporting documentation.Qualifications
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
1–2 years’ post-graduate experience within a Quantity Surveying or commercial support role preferred.
Previous exposure to social housing, planned maintenance, or reactive maintenance environments is advantageous but not essential.
Understanding of valuations, applications, cost reporting, and commercial processes.
Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive, commercially aware, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with operational, supply chain, and client teams.Benefits
