Warehouse Team Leader

Warehouse Team Leader Macclesfield £13.98 per hour Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to support day-to-day warehouse operations at our Macclesfield site. The hours are on a two week rolling rota working 7am-7pm. Week 1 Mon Tue Sat Sun, Week 2 Wed Thurs Frid. The successful candidate will lead a small team, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time while maintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping, and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Supervising and motivating warehouse operatives Allocating daily tasks and monitoring performance Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed Supporting stock control and general warehouse administrationRequirements: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Team leading or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesThis is a great opportunity to join a growing operation with opportunities to develop your leadership skills.
