We’re looking for a commercially aware and customer-focused Estimator to join a growing team working on structural steel projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working from technical drawings, preparing detailed estimates, and building strong client relationships.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage the enquiry and tender process, identifying commercially viable projects
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for clients
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth tender delivery
• Maintain and grow client relationships, supporting new business opportunities
• Ensure projects run efficiently and meet commercial targets

What we’re looking for

• Experience in an estimating role within construction or engineering
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience with structural steel projects is advantageous
• Relevant technical or engineering qualification desirable
