360 Operator

Straight-line are looking for an experienced 360 Operator to start on a site just outside of Coventry. This role is ideal for someone who is confident operating 360 excavators but is also happy to assist with general site operations and groundwork duties when required. Duties Include: * Operating 360 excavators safely and efficiently * Trenching, grading, and drainage works * Loading materials and assisting site logistics * Supporting groundwork teams on-site * General labouring and site maintenance when machines are not in use * Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance * Working closely with site supervisors to keep projects running smoothly Requirements: * Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket * Previous experience in groundwork and excavation * CSCS card preferred * Good understanding of health & safety on-site * Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused attitude * Ability to muck in and assist with general site duties What We Offer: * Competitive pay based on experience * Ongoing work opportunities * Supportive team environment * Immediate start available for the right candidate Pay: £23.00 per hour Duration: 4 months + If you are interested please call our office on (phone number removed) for more information
