We are looking for an experienced and professional Painter and Decorator to join a social housing team, This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled trades person to work on residential properties, delivering work to the highest standard. You ll be part of a supportive team, with opportunities to expand your skill set and assist other trades. Key Responsibilities * Carry out all types of painting and decorating works, both interior and exterior * Prepare surfaces using appropriate methods and materials * Select and apply a wide range of finishes, including paint, varnish, and wallpaper * Install carpet tiles and stair nosings as required * Procure necessary materials and equipment for jobs * Use a mobile app to complete job sheets and documentation * Work within high-end residential environments, maintaining cleanliness, discretion, and attention to detail at all times * Ensure all work is completed to an impeccable standard, aligned with client expectations Required Skills & Experience * Minimum of 3 years experience within social housing or maintenance work * Proven track record in residential maintenance work * Ability to work independently and flexibly, including overtime or out-of-hours work if required * Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude * Full UK Driving Licence (preferred but not essential) RG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
