Interim Director of Housing Standards, Assets & Investment Overview We are seeking an exceptional Interim Director of Housing Standards, Assets & Investment to join a leading London local authority at a critical time of transformation and service improvement. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will drive strategic change, enhance housing standards, and lead the delivery of a modern, resident-focused housing service across a large and complex portfolio. The Role As Interim Director, you will provide strategic leadership across housing asset management, investment, and compliance, ensuring services are safe, efficient, and aligned with regulatory requirements. You will act as a catalyst for change—embedding a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and resident-centric service delivery.
