£40,000 - £48,000 depending on experience
A rare opportunity has arisen to join one of Scotland’s most respected and design-led architectural practices.
They are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to play a key role in the technical delivery of a nationally significant flagship healthcare project, working across RIBA stages 4 and 5 within a collaborative and technically focused environment.

The role
You will:
Lead and coordinate technical delivery across RIBA stages 4–5.
Produce and manage detailed drawing packages and specifications.
Coordinate architectural information within a wider integrated design team.
Work closely with consultants, contractors, and clients.
Support BIM coordination and technical compliance.
Assist with site delivery, technical queries, and construction-stage coordination.
Contribute to the successful delivery of a nationally significant healthcare project.
What they’re looking for
Experienced Architectural Technologist / Architectural Technician
Strong technical and construction knowledge.
Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA stages 4–5.
Revit proficiency essential.
Experience working within BIM Level 2 environments.
Healthcare project experience beneficial but not essential.
Strong understanding of Building Regulations and technical standards.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Passion for delivering high-quality technical solutions.
