Adult’s Social Worker, Working Age Social Work Team, St Helens  Pay rate to £28 to £35 per hour  Contract role, Working Age Adult Team    Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Merseyside.  This is to work in a Working Age Social Work Team in St Helens is responsible for adults from the age of 18 to 67 with a Learning Disability, Physical Disability, or a Diagnosis of a Severe and Enduring Mental Health Need.   The team is also responsible for the statutory provisions under the Mental Health Act 1983 and runs the Council’s AMHP rota.   The Social Work team is extremely busy, and the work undertaken is complex and challenging. As a Social Worker on the team, you will be expected to carry a complex caseload made up of all the different client groups the team works with, you will also be undertaking investigations under Safeguarding, Assessments including those under the Care Act, Care Planning and Reviewing.
